• Inspection service for requests is available and we apologize for the wearing service.
• Our exchange policy applies 2 days after receiving the product, and in the event that it is ready to be sold and the card (label) has not been removed from it. Based on this, it can be exchanged within 2 days.
• If you have received a defective product, it can be exchangeable.

Please remember:

• The product(s) must be unused and in its original, new condition, and the card (label) has not been removed from it.
• The value should be the same or more.
• Items written on them that cannot be replaced are excluded from those who love them (home kit (home pajamas), evening dresses, underwear (lingerie), shawls, ...)
• Exchanging by delivery will incur additional delivery charges.
• We apologize for the return policy.
